Shortly after being reelected as a judge on the African Court on Human and People’s Rights, Dr. Fatsah Ouguergouz granted the Amadeus Institute’s Analysis and Publications Center an exclusive interview.  During the interview, Dr. Ouguergouz shed light on the system for human rights protection within the African Union, which has changed dramatically over the past several years.   In this interview, Dr. Ouguergouz explains the court’s jurisdiction and how it functions, along with its limitations.
